Higher Institute for Water and Power Technologies (HIWPT)

As part of our continued commitment to providing long-term career paths within our industry we support the Higher Institute for Water & Power Technologies (HIWPT) located in Rabigh KSA. Our aim is to support the development of local talent for KSA and Nationals from other countries for long-term technical careers, by use of industry focused training program, that will provide ‘work-ready’ graduates.  

We achieve this by using a blended approach of instructor led and industry relevant technical training, competence based on the job training and using real-time simulator experience to enhance competence and confidence in a safe environment. The training programs span 6months to 24 months and focus on preparing core skills in Power and Water plant Operations & Maintenance.
